I can’t say enough good things about Gold Star Restorations. After my house flooded, I was completely overwhelmed, but their team stepped in right away and took control of the situation. They were fast, professional, and extremely thorough from start to finish. They walked me through the entire process, kept me updated, and made sure everything was handled properly so I didn’t have to stress. The quality of their work and attention to detail really stood out, and they genuinely cared about getting my home back to normal. If you ever find yourself in a tough situation like I did, I highly recommend them. They turned a stressful experience into something manageable, and I’m very grateful for their help.

The Goldstar team was amazing! Mr. Donath was kind and informative. We used him after a really bad flood. The team setup all the machines and carefully monitored the moisture in the air . Motty was so helpful and was there with us every step of the way. He answered all of our questions patiently and walked us through the process of giving all the information to insurance. Our family can't thank him enough. We highly recommend Goldstar restoration and while we hope to never have another flood, we would use the Goldstar team in a heartbeat.

We recently experienced a major disaster in our 120,000 sq ft office building when 30 pipes burst due to extreme freezing temperatures. Water was pouring from the third and second floors down to the first, and the situation could have caused catastrophic, irreparable damage. Alan, the manager from this remediation company, was on site for several days straight, coordinating an operation that was nothing short of heroic. He hasn’t slept in three days, yet he remained fully present, calm, and hands‑on throughout the entire emergency. At one point, he had approximately 50 team members spread across all floors, continuously vacuuming water as it leaked to prevent further destruction. Their response was fast, organized, and incredibly effective. Every inch of water was addressed, every detail handled with professionalism, and the building was stabilized because of their relentless effort. The pride they take in their work truly shows. I am deeply grateful for Alan and his entire team. Their dedication, stamina, and commitment to protecting our building went far beyond expectations. This company earned every bit of this 5‑star review. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs true reme

It was a not so happy Thanksgiving eve when a fire broke out in the apartment below us. Our kitchen and bathroom were took most of the results of the Fire Dept busting up windows and walls to prevent the fire from moving to the rest of the building. Leaving us with the overwhelming task of cleaning up a disaster of broken glass, drywall, food, and other debris. My spouse and I felt shell-shocked. Enter GOLD STAR RESTORATION!! Not only did they arrive promptly the next morning, and move through the building with incredible efficiency; the employees were professional and reassuring. If you've ever experienced the stress of a fire in your home, you know your nerves are beyond frayed. Having professionals telling you exactly what was being done, and going the extra mile to make sure you're happy with the final result was incredibly reassuring. They kept checking in with us to make sure every need was met. And if we had questions they answered they immediately. Counters, floors, walls, and ceilings were scrubbed clean. The holes that need to wait to be repaired were covered with a good and durable heavy duty plastic to prevent any nasties from coming through. I cannot say enoug
